1. Definitions

• “Services” refers to moving, packing, storage, and related services offered by White Collar Moving & Storage Ltd.

2. Scope of Services

White Collar Moving & Storage provides residential and commercial moving, packing, and storage solutions within Alberta, Canada. Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and payment terms.

3. Booking and Cancellations

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our online system.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is based on the scope of work and is subject to change based on additional services requested.

• Full or partial payments may be required upfront.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

• White Collar Moving & Storage is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or theft of items during transportation or storage.

• The Company provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.

• Customers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance for their belongings.

• Any claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service completion, but the Company is not liable for any claims beyond what is required by applicable Alberta law.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, labor shortages, mechanical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Storage Services

• Storage is offered on a short-term or long-term basis.

• Customers must ensure that no prohibited or hazardous items are stored.

• Storage fees must be paid in full to avoid forfeiture of stored goods.

• White Collar Moving & Storage is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to stored items under any circumstances.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure accessibility to premises and provide accurate inventory details.

• Secure valuable items separately, as we do not transport cash, jewelry, or perishable items.

• Notify us in advance of any special handling requirements.

8. Prohibited Items

Customers may not request transport or storage of:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable, toxic, or explosive substances)

• Illegal items

• Perishable goods (unless prior arrangements are made)

9. Insurance and Claims

• White Collar Moving & Storage does not provide insurance coverage for lost or damaged items.

• Customers are advised to purchase third-party insurance for their belongings.

• The Company is not responsible for any losses, regardless of cause.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Collar Moving & Storage, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation or arbitration under the laws of Alberta, Canada.

• All legal proceedings shall be exclusively conducted in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
